The moment everyone swung and hit the ball, under the glow of the setting sun, it was very handsome and beautiful! The 1 hour long Pie Le Ball event slowly drew to a close as the sun set. After taking a break, everyone arrived at the campfire party venue.
The lush grass is perfect for holding a bonfire. The male comrades are responsible for transporting ingredients and barbecue, while the female comrades are responsible for setting the dishes. They have everything from drinks, fruits, cold dishes, etc. In a short while, the venue layout is taking shape. Soft music also came from the sound system, and the summer evening breeze was slowly blowing through every Beowatt person's face. The scorching bonfire seemed to also indicate the future prosperity of Beowatt. Our gaze shifted to our barbecue group. Under the leadership of the barbecue group leader, General Manager's Office Operations Director Xiao Hui, the barbecue group's skills became increasingly exquisite, and the food roasted was widely praised by everyone; Xu Hong, a member of the management office of the art group here, also attracted the attention of the whole group with a lively dance. After the end of the song, she was still not satisfied; During this period, the chairman also brought classic songs such as Zhou Huajian's "Flower Heart" and Jackie Chan's "Ambition in My Heart" to everyone. Sales colleagues, sales subsidiary leaders, and back-end cadres also sang a song to showcase their talents, and everyone ate, drank, and enjoyed themselves.

In order to provide everyone with sufficient rest, the next morning is a free time for activities, which can be arranged by everyone themselves. After having a brief lunch at noon, everyone continued to set out, led by the chairman personally, to pick peaches in the farmhouse peach orchard. They only wanted to bring back the freshest and most authentic peaches for all of our colleagues to taste. The noon sun soon made everyone sweat like rain. Some people, fearless of sweat and mosquito bites, climbed the tree directly to pick them, only to pick the peach they thought was the best to eat. Seeing everyone working so hard, I feel that the peaches in my hand have become even sweeter. After a hard journey of picking peaches, we ended our tour of building a team in the West Sea of Lushan and returned to the company with full memories and caring peaches.
This team building activity effectively strengthened the interaction and communication between the new and old sales teams.
