On May 13th, the company organized a one-day outdoor expansion activity for all office staff in the factory, in order to create a team atmosphere of "positive progress, unity and progress" and better reflect the corporate spirit of Beiote's "unity, integrity, development and innovation".
At 8:20 in the morning, the large army gathered from the company and set off with laughter to expand the base of Guohong Ecological Park. After arriving at the base, the coach broke through the ice and set sail for the project reorganization. The entire team quickly divided into three teams, and each team displayed their own name, team number, formation, logo, team song, etc.
After completing the preparation work, officially enter the training phase. In the morning, the project involves taking water from minefields and rushing for 60 seconds. Both projects require teamwork, mutual assistance, trust, and collaboration from each team, especially in the minefield water extraction project. Everyone needs to unconditionally trust their teammates, overcome all difficulties, and fully contribute to the team's goals.
After the warm-up game of "rubbing shoulders, patting backs, and preparing supplies", the afternoon training program officially began, including winning the race, challenging No.1, and escaping the wall. At the beginning of the final escape wall project, everyone gradually ran out of strength. Facing the 4 meter high wall, they were all hesitant, but ultimately chose to trust the team and themselves. After being elected as a team leader and through consultation, everyone makes quick decisions, performs their duties, and works together in unity. During the escape process, the cries of "cheer, life and death button" echoed one after another on the training ground. After the last team member passed smoothly, the entire training ground erupted with thunderous applause and shouts, turning impossible into possible. It was a joyful shout after fully completing the goal, and even a touching shout for those selfless dedication and willing to be the cornerstone!
This expansion activity has effectively honed the Beiote team and enhanced everyone's cohesion! It not only taught us to be brave enough to take on responsibilities and put in all our efforts in future work, but also made us realize that all difficulties faced by the team are not as terrifying as imagined. I believe that through this expansion, our Beiote team can become more united and move forward bravely for our common goals!
